FDC Holdings has brought in Chris Swarbrick from Barclays Bank, where most recently he was director with responsibility for running the corporate real estate finance team in Manchester.
In addition to the finance director role, FDC Holdings said Swarbrick would also play a key part in sister organisation Moorcot Property, which has been set up to buy commercial property to satisfy the growing storage needs of its existing client base and third parties.
Swarbrick said: “Over the course of my banking career I have been privileged to have some of the largest owner managed trading and real estate businesses in the North West as my clients, hence I feel that I have learnt from some of the best.
“It has always been an ambition of mine to become more hands on in the growing of a successful organisation, and I feel that the continued rapid growth of FDC Holdings and its sister company Moorcot Property offers me the perfect platform to fulfil my ambitions.”
